Password DB Updates - New Features

The default password database has been updated with a few new features!
- New link field for more info
- New OSVDB field for more info
- Updates sent to Twitter @passdb
- RSS feed (via Twitter)
- And we'll now accept new entries via Twitter!
These changes should make the password database more useful and accessible.
If you have suggestions for more features/options/fields, please let us know!
